WELCOME!

New York is a vibrant city. You probably have heard, it never sleeps. And as Frank said again and again: "If you can make it here you can make it anywhere."

It's a concrete jungle where dreams are made. More than 8.5 million people from all over the world call the Big Apple home, and another 60 million or so visit it every year.

That happens for a good reason: no matter what you love or which are your interests – art, food, architecture, photography, shopping, sightseeing, theater, music, romance, adventure, exploration – New York is the place where you can find it all and much more.

It's a new surprise on every corner, every day. It's a dream in every heart. Just have your eyes and sensibility open. In New York you can learn a new thing every single day. In New York you can make your dream come true. So, why not give it a try?

The Magic of Christmas In New York

THE MAGIC OF CHRISTMAS IN NEW YORK CITY

By Irene T., Chief Hospitality Officer at The Welcome Hub

It doesn't matter if you live in New York or if you are a tourist. If you are in the city in December, you instinctively become part of a magical ambiance. Everything changes overnight. It feels like a well-orchestrated Christmas tale starts to take place in every corner, in every park. Store windows turn into some of the most storytelling masterpieces. Fifth Avenue is flooded by an ocean of shopping bags. When you go to Central Park you feel like you are in a movie set. Even traffic in New York becomes part of the story.

Yes, that is what happens: in December we are not just residents of New York or tourists. During the Holidays, we all become one thing. As Lauren DeCarlo says:

Who can resist holiday season in New York? Certainly not us (nor millions of tourists, for that matter). It’s when the city is at its buoyant best when everything seems most shimmering and magical. In honor of our favorite time of year, we rounded up the places you’ll want to visit the places you came to visit. So welcome to our city—because this month, it’s your city too.

On the other hand, Christmas can be a very stressful time of year.  For many the Christmas holiday period is a mass of complex social interactions with family or relatives, some of whom you may rather not see. There could well be expectations, or at least perceived expectations, to create a ‘wonderful Christmas’ with presents and perhaps the most important meal of the year. Relax and enjoy. Well, easy!

It's Christmas time. Keep calm and get your hohoho on.

The best way to relax is when we laugh. So, we picked some funny quotes about Christmas to help you out with your Hmmmm moment.

Santa and his helpers are shopping in New York. It's a lot of fun.

We at The Welcome Hub USA are excited about this end of the year. We have planned and created some very cool new things for you – for instance, a brand-new website with new tours is coming up this end of the year. Another day, when I was chatting with a customer, telling her about our Christmas gifts to our clients, she said: "Wow! Very nice. Santa is coming in November this year."

Yes, our fans and friends will see Santa in November. We hope you all like what we have prepared for your Christmas.
